Meta deploys Muse shopping agent with major US retailers
Meta launched Muse, an AI agent that can autonomously shop and complete purchases, in partnerships with Walmart, Gap, Sephora, Expedia, Wayfair, and Best Buy. This marks the first large-scale deployment of autonomous transaction agents to mass-market retail.
