Stripe in talks to acquire AI model marketplace OpenRouter for ~$10B
Stripe, the payments processor, is negotiating to buy OpenRouter, a platform that lets developers choose from multiple AI models. The deal value hovers around $10 billion. This marks Stripe's biggest push beyond payments infrastructure into AI tooling.
